MTS-SMART organises your equipment and machinery fleet. You and your employees always have an overview of where which work equipment is currently located thanks to the localisation of all devices and machines. Many unnecessary questions and approaches are thereby avoided. This not only saves a lot of time, but also has other practical effects: The exchange between employees on the construction site and construction managers/planners in the office is quick and focused – capacity utilisation is significantly improved. Damage reports are recorded on site and sent directly to the service department. And: you can bill the operating times of your machines correctly at the touch of a button.

The flow of information is sensibly managed, many time-consuming telephone calls are no longer necessary, and even paperwork comes to an end, since all processes are documented via MTS-SMART and can be retrieved by all parties involved. It is no longer necessary for employees to keep track of the whereabouts of devices and the mind is kept free for more important things. Documents on individual devices (user manuals) can be stored and viewed on site if required.
MTS-SMART helps you get the most out of your devices. Construction site billing is made considerably easier, damage reports via the app and optimised maintenance intervals lead to fast response times. Inventories are also much less time-consuming with MTS-SMART.

SMART-App
You can use the SMART app for smartphones/tablets to inventorise and localise your devices and machines. The SMART app scans devices using QR codes/NFC chips or similar acquisition systems. The current location of the device is stored via the smartphone GPS receiver. The map view shows an overview of how your equipment is distributed. Individual devices can be navigated via the direction finding function. This means that you can find each of your devices quickly and efficiently. Further information on devices can be obtained: documents, test reports, photos, operating hours, mileage, etc.

All data is stored and managed via the cloud, updated in real time and entered directly into the system. The storage can also be done on-premise using the customer's own server.
